Payment Security Policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

When you pay for a booking or an order with a bank card in the YaCap app, the payment — including entering your card number — is processed on the secure page of the payment processing system, provided by Stripe. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data and the like) does not reach us: its processing is fully protected, and no one can obtain the customer's personal and banking data.

Card data is handled in accordance with the information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and Mastercard — the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) — which ensures the secure processing of the cardholder's bank card details.

The data transmission technology used guarantees the security of bank card transactions through encrypted connections using the TLS protocol (the successor to SSL).

We only receive limited information about a payment — such as its status, amount, and the last four digits and brand of the card — which we need to confirm your booking or order and to process refunds. For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
